Medical Assistant | Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d) for our reception
We are a dedicated and friendly team in a modern environment. Frauenklinik and work in a regulated multi-shift system (06:30 am – 18:30 pm).
👉 No night, weekend or holiday shifts!
Your area of responsibility:
🔹 Reception and administrative tasks
🔹 Patient management and appointment scheduling
🔹 Recording and processing of patient data (PC skills required)
Your skills:
✔ Sensitivity, empathy and team spirit
✔ Independent and reliable work ethic
✔ Foreign language skills are an advantage
✔ Experience with MediStar and Doctolib is desirable – but not a must!
Even those just starting their careers are very welcome!
Your motivation, willingness to learn and a friendly demeanor are much more important to us than experience.

Registered Nurse (m/f/d)

We are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible, full-time:
Registered Nurse (m/f/d) for our recovery area
Your tasks:
• Pre- and postoperative monitoring
• Monitoring and care of patients after surgical procedures
• Monitoring and documentation of vital signs during the recovery phase
• Pain management and postoperative monitoring
• close collaboration with the anesthesia and surgical team
Your profile:
• Completed training as a health and nursing professional or nursing specialist
• Advanced training in anesthesia and intensive care (desirable, but not mandatory)
• Safe action in emergency situations
• Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and empathy
In our specialized clinic, you will work in a friendly and experienced team. You will take on important tasks and be given ample opportunity to work independently and creatively. We will support you with structured onboarding and clear procedures. You will receive step-by-step guidance from experienced colleagues.
We work in shifts between 07:00 am and 19:00 pm (5-day week). There are no night, weekend, or holiday shifts!
